HOTEL INFORMATION

For your convenience, we recommend Our Official Hotel for the tournament will be at Hotel Mercure. It is a 5 stars hotel, 3 minutes drive to Damai Indah Golf PIK Course, and extending special room rate for the Ciputra Golfpreneur Junior World Championship 2023 participants.

Hotel Mercure offers two types of room, which is SINGLE and DOUBLE with EXTRA BED available at extra charge. The following is the rate for each type of room:

• Superior Twin room : Rp.1.650.000,- / room / night

• Superior King room : Rp.1.650.000,- / room / night (1 person only)

• Extra Bed : Rp. 650.000,- / night

Hotel price includes : Breakfast, opening & closing ceremony dinner, and transportation (airport transfer, hotel-golf course-hotel from 26 May - 2 June, 2023 ) and City Tour on Friday, June 2nd 2023 ( City Tour from at 8 AM - 3.30 PM).

Check-out time is on or before 12 noon.

Check out Procedure: Late check-out is subject to room availability and will be charged as follow:

• Check-out until 6 p.m. - 50% of total 1 (one) night.

• Check-out after 6 p.m. - 100% of total 1 (one) night.

Cancellation of hotel reservation after May 19th, 2023 will be charge 50% / person / night.

Practice Round Fee ( price include 1 person cart fee + caddy Fee) :

• Friday, 26 May 2023 : IDR 900.000,-

• Saturday, 27 May 2023 (after 1 PM) : IDR 1.783.000

• Sunday, 28 May 2023 (after 1 PM) : IDR 1.580.000

All hotel payment should be settled before participant check in to Hotel in full amount (bank charges must paid by participant ) to:
